Yes, also post whatever other things you think I was asking.

just whenever. it's not like we're irl friends or anything.
Sorry, been interacting with our country's fantastic health care system. Bronchitis for sonofkk no. 1.
I honestly have not gone super in depth on candidate policy platforms yet. Most candidates, other than Bernie, don't even have much beyond vague statements and the only candidate that has a comprehensive platform is Andrew Yang (who now is going to debate Ben Shapiro on circumcision?) and his platform is some good concepts (UBI, Free College) sprinkled in with half-baked tech-bro garbage
(Automatic Sunsetting of all laws???, Self-driving vehicles, "Create Department of Attention Economy", create an app to encourage volunteering, outlaw circumcision??).
I think Bernie is the most committed on stuff that will matter to me--Pro-Family, Pro-Education policies:
Medicare 4 ALL, free college (my kids probably won't qualify, but will increase enrollments at schools like K-State),
child care/early childhood education (my kids will be too old, but it is a really meaningful policy that will make a big difference)
Climate change (my grandkids are going to be War Boys)
I also think Bernie will be the best on foreign policy because he has so few pressure points. Are the Israeli's really going to call him anti-Semitic? Do you think he cares if he gets called a commie by the generals when he closes some bases or tries to rein in spending on the military? We could use with a lot less empire and Bernie seems the most committed to that idea.
I like Warren, I just think she is probably less good on each individual issue, has less of a movement behind her to advance the policy agenda.
Now, I honestly think that Bernie's agenda would be suffocated by McConnell and would stall out. But he would put the choices in stark relief and beat a drum that would give the American people a clear choice about what is actually going on. I can't say whether that would get the job done (I don't think it would in the short term), but it would clearly advance the ball. We went from a weak voiced defense of Obamacare under Hillary to now demanding Medicare 4 All in 4 years. So who knows?
I am interested in Boot-edge-edge, I don't think I've heard enough about his actual policies other than he is a "good guy" and very bright.
I think the rest of the bunch are all likely to massively disappoint in terms of even bothering to pushing for any reforms.
