Another thing to be worried about: people obtaining your Venmo transaction history. Money for gambling, drugs, Nickelback tickets, illegal labor, sex, you name it. And by "your" I don't mean "mine." Just people in general.

I set my account to default to make every transaction private. I mean, it was super easy. And if I ever did anything illegal on Venmo, privatized or not, I’d probably just not do it on Venmo?

I don't care at all about politicians paying for sex. We should be creating a safe and legal way for prostitutes to work their craft instead of pushing it to the black market where 17 year olds can easily just say they are 18 without verification.
