i love beans. Sometimes for lunch I will just eat a can of beans heated up with chili chowder and salsa. Good for purifying the body as well.

Hummus is fantastic. Love it when the pita is grilled and has some char going on. Also great with hummus- cucumber and bell peppers. Leave the filfy ass olive out of my hummus, please! (Olive oil is cool though.)

Grilled chicken (marinated with crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon, cayenne, salt, pepper) with hummus and radishes, parsley, and diced tomatoes is amazing.

Also, no idea what this thread is about. Just saw "hummus" and got excited thinking about radishes.

The name is based on a mistranslation: in Mexican Spanish, the prefix re is an informal form of emphasis meaning "very" or "well", which has been confused with the English re and the most common use of the Spanish (Latin) prefix re outside Mexico, which more often indicates repetition. Great to know! I had always just assumed they were fried twice as a twice baked potato is baked twice (rebaked potato?).
