Coleman to Texas
Seiler to WVU
Dickey to OSU

Hope Klieman knows what he's doing

Only one that really bothers me is Dickey.  Dude was a stud coach.

I have no idea how good or bad Dickey was at his job but I’m bullish on Riley being better long term.

Klieman said the other day on the radio that he felt ndsu had FBS quality lines (paraphrasing). If true, as good as I think Dickey probably was, we should be just fine.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

Carl Pelini- Bowling Green
Tim Beck- Texas
Scotty Ohara- UTEP
Vic Koenning- Troy
Chris Cosh- Delaware
Jeff Schwinn- Washburn
Doug Grush- American River College
Charlie Coe- Missouri Baptist
Andy Ludwig
Rex Ryan

Come on with Andy Ludwig and Rex Ryan, they don't count man. I don't know who Charlie Coe, Doug Grush, and Scotty Ohara are, are they from Iowa? When did Tim Beck and Carl Pelini work for Bill?

Ludwig headed back to Utah.  Whittingham chews threw OCs like LittreLL does Copenhagen.  Utes have had 8 OCs since Ludwig left.

Exactly this. Connected white dudes allowed to thrive while being absolutely being held to a lower standard than their colleagues with melanin. Retread head coaches, unremarkable indistinguishable assistant coaches, career backup quarterbacks, most middle managers, etc. etc. etc.

There's a growing legion of guys with melanin who are re-treads.

We'll start with Mike Locksley.

Turner Gill has been an FCS/FBS/FCS now FBS head coach for 13 consecutive years.

10 games below .500, 1 bowl game, 1 playoff appearance

Goodness, you just proved my point, thank you hyper-sensitive white guy.

Gill failed at one job in his life, it just so happened that the one failure was at the worst program in the FBS. In addition to this the two white guys that followed him were allowed to be unquestionably worse.

How did Gill do outside of Kansas? He had six conference championships in 11 years at freaking Buffalo and Liberty. The transitioned liberty into the FBS then retired after a very respectable 6-6 first FBS season. If you brought him up because he was just hired at Pig Aggy, know that he took a non coaching job.

Looking at that man as a retread couldn't have been a better ally oop for me, thank you.

I got nothing on Locksley, Maryland is taking a huge gamble on him. That isn't the job it was before Durkin screwed it up, but they definitely could have found a coach more deserving.

Some nice trophies, 1 FCS playoff appearance.

Liberty was is in a 6 team conference and dwarfed the other schools in that conference in terms of resources.  Their athletic budget surpassed $50 million a year, that's more than Boise State.  Their athletic budget was more than double North Dakota State.  That's why they went FBS independent.

Hyper-sensitive . . . coming from you?

how does a program go from winning the natty to losing their coach to Aggie and firing the next one halfway thru year two in 5 years?

That coach left for aggie because he wrecked the program, didn't recruit for crap.

This, he was slow playing an exit for 3 years before he finally got the Collie Cult to give him a huge payday.

I'm not sure where the value of Herbstreit and social media is in FBS admin decision making, but the comments that came out after the game hit headlines pretty hard.

Thats probably the right hire.  Penn state franklin aint moving and they already tried the Oregon Coach.
Stoops would be good down there for FSU.

Finebaum doesn't think so.

I don't disagree with him.  FSU seems below Stoops, and also a huge mess.
