I do like herm. I feel like he'd be a good recruiter. He does all the UA All American HS Camps. Seems like a fun guy to play for. Hopefully he gets coordinators to help what he lacks.
I don't know, I don't think it's a good hire. The last time he coached was in 2008 in Kansas City. And he doesn't have any college experience since what, 1987-1989? *whistles* ASU is taking a big risk. I'll give him that he's a good bullshitter and the players love playing for him, but..... I don't know if that'll work in the college levels. I think a fair comparison to him might be Lovie Smith, who's not doing so well in Illinois.....
Even if the coordinators are kept, I'm sure that he will find a way to screw that up. This is a guy who is a Schottenheimer Disciple as his game is more suited for the SEC/BIG10 style, not the aerial circus/arena football style in the PAC12.
