i've got a good pool (not at my house) that we can hang out at and drink at. if we plan a little in advance and get some solid commits then i could assure an empty house for people to stay at or something as well.

keep the great ideas coming guys- one suggestion i'm going to pass forward to the Frank Martin Parade planning committee is that they hold it at the same time we're having our SummerPAK.
