My thought is this: No email you send will change him a single iota.

This season is about getting his son a shot in the NFL. Then he will leave or hang on until Bill leaves and Sean isn't given the job. Then he will retire or go coach some D3. Someone who isn't trying to advance his career and has a son he can try to push into the league as a blocking FB is basically immune to a performance evaluation from the fans.

Why would you retire when you have 100% job security and you don't care about getting another job? He will keep cashing the check until the checks stop coming.

I just think it is pretty apparent what his plan is now

Good luck with your email campaign fellas but I'd imagine Dimel almost certainly has any emails not coming from ksu.edu and kstatesports.com to be automatically sent to his Deleted Items folder.
