What time would be non suspicious for a robbery/murder?

It's 4:20 am not many witnesses around. So why kill the guy? If you kill the guy, likely still plenty of time to grab a wallet and such since most people would have been asleep.

But look, most white power couples in America are gonna see a higher percentage of the associates within their larger sphere of influence (consisting mainly of educated white middle, upper middle to wealthy people) suffer death by gun.
