Went normal coax for the cable. I do need recommendos for a bad ass (not too crazy expensive Mrs. Gooch is cheap) router tho.

I don't think Cox has a plan that is high enough for you to need an expensive router anyway

This is what we're currently running. It's been very reliable and pretty reasonably priced. For that number of devices at moderate-high speeds, this would more than cover your needs.
