Guys, my wife says we need a new $300 car seat.  Guess why?  Cup holder.  Kid needs a cup holder.  Because he rides about 90 seconds from our house to the babysitter twice a day he could become parched in this time.  I think women, when pushing children from their vaginas, also expel their source of logic and practicality.

My friend who has 2 kids says that her car has an awful unknown smell in it now because her kids probably spilled something. So a cupholder seems important to preventing this.

Your friend is aware that she can clean her car's interior, right?

I don't know their entire diet but she did mention that one time that had yogurt (maybe a go-gurt tube thing) and a grape drink.

Well she looked and couldn't find the source of the smell.  :dunno:

A cup holder isn't going to to prevent spills. Do you people even ever interact with children?

I would think it would reduce them (from the baseline of a kid holding a cup).

Your friend deserves an awful smelling car for giving them anything other than water.

My 3yr old boy got kicked out of daycare this week.  He was beating on twin 2yr olds, Mrs. BF was pretty upset about it cause we've been with this sitter for 7 yrs.  I don't know, it's probably a good thing.  Now he'll be with me all the time playing farmer and whatnot.

Are there any places that parents can board their kids for a weekend or for a few days? Like overnight daycare? Seems like a business opportunity

Do your kids ever say random, creepy stuff out of the blue?

For example, tonight at dinner my daughter, who just turned 2, said very seriously "those are bad people, I have to watch them".  My wife and I have no clue where it came from and it creeped us out.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls

lil sd (3) will sometimes be sitting with me watching jake and the neverland pirates or something and turn to me and say "everyone dies" and just shake his head sadly. I just say "that's true".

We started our 3 yr old in preschool this year.  I was apprehensive about it since he just turned 3 before the sept 1st cutoff and I wasn't sure if he was ready.  First month went fine, but then a week ago the teacher tells us that during play time in the playground a bunch of kids were sitting on a tube and he walked by and pushed them all off.   No incidents since then, but I'm hoping I don't have the class bully or if my fears were right and he isn't old enough to "act" right in school.

The 4 month old slobbers and is confused by peek-a-boo...
