It sure was noble of Audi, manufacturer of luxury cars starting around 40k, to advocate for a law that's been on the books for over 50 years. I'm glad that Audi is #drivingprogress when it comes to equal pay for women. Thanks Audi Board Members and Executive Management!

But don't forget us! We're "Chief Communication Officer" and "Senior Director of HR"

Audi is just a corporation, K-S-U. They don't have real beliefs or feelings, so don't let what they say bother you. They are just saying what will sell the most cars.

People really need to keep this in mind when it comes to commercials.

Irony . . . some people don't get it.

Ok, but back to the original question I raised - does this sort of thing really help them sell more cars, lumber, etc.? I agree that should be the point of advertising - especially spending millions on that advertising - but I just don't see it.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

I don't think 84 is a partner in the chase ur shopping portal.  Lowe's is, and that trumps any ad.

Well, it certainly made me aware that 84 Lumber exists, which I didn't know previously. So it was effective from that standpoint.

As for Audi, I have no idea other than that the typical Trump voter probably isn't their target demographic.

90% of everything is built by illegals, now that vast market knows they are welcomed with open arms to buy their materials from 84 lumber

If we don't already have a menards thread, we should. That store kicks so much ass. Their corporate office kicks ass, too.

More that low labor cost encourages building new crap. The "illegals" aren't the one's who choose lumber suppliers.

Also menards is great if you want a piece of junk
