i've glimpsed at arguments of both sides, and they both seem to have some merit. i'm glad the appointment is being challenged, as i think the legality should be clarified.
if it is decided to be legal, i hope congress enacts legislation that further limits the use of interim appointments to avoid the need for congressional confirmation. if not in time to restrict trump, for future presidents.
there seems to be a lot of stuff where the executive needs to be curbed, and no one has gotten around to it because past presidents have exercised more restraint.
