I bought a carton of fresh honeycomb from a beekeeper at the farmers market last weekend. When I was a kid, I was obsessed with the idea of eating it but it seemed unobtainable. Ate a few bites straight and put some on my waffles yesterday. Incredibly sweet and delicious flavor. Feels really good as your teeth crush the cells in the comb and release the delicious honey.
