For how long?  Most water systems in Kansas are nearing being 100 years old.  As leaks occur, back siphoning occurs.sucking in nastiness.  A lot of small systems are poorly operated.  Big cities face the same problems only on a.larger scale.  I don't think.most.people realize how.fragile water and.sewer infrastructure is.  Out of sight out mind.  It.will take one trillion to modernize these systems.
