“They have all these stats and there is a tempo or patience stat and the No. 1 team in the country is Villanova,” K-State coach oscar Weber said Monday. “It’s how many passes per possession and how many assists per field goal, and I guess we’re 11th or 10th in the country with that.
“That will be a key thing for us, to make them guard us, move the basketball, get the inside touches and hopefully that will slow them down a little bit. And we have to make shots. If you make shots, you have a lot better chance to get back on defense.”
