Not necessarily always, but certainly in this case it is. It's a battery company, very weird and creepy.

Well, it was a little weird. But it's more upfront with its message than the values.com ads from the shell foundation of the extreme right-wing Anschultz family. I swear I'll throw a brick through the TV if they don't stop running the bad guitar playing kid/John Denver spots back to back. Worst ads ever.
