I think K-State can have a loss, beat someone in the Big 12 Championship, and still make it. If you're trying to play the "but it's K-state" card, Washington debunked that this year.
in the end, EMAW will always win.

If you're trying to play the "but it's K-state" card, Washington debunked that this year. Someone on the TV yesterday claimed Washington was a Top 25 program All Time. Obviously interesting if true, but definitely wouldn't say K-State and Washington are on the same level in the eyes of college football talking deads.
Petro made a really good point today. All 4 teams heading to the playoff this year started the season ranked inside the top 14. A win vs A&M, A big portion of our main core returning, and we could be in for a sweet pre season ranking next year. This game kinda matters.
Had K-State gone 11-1 this year and won the Big 12, we would be out. I don't think winning a CCG changes that, either. Washington and Michigan would both still be ahead of us.

As someone who has come around on Sisco the sooner he has surgery and rehabs and can be practicing for '17 the better.

I hate bowl tie ins. I'm so sick of playing in the Texas Bowl....
If it's up to him he's going to play. In a situation like this it shouldn't be up to the player though, imo.

He's an adult who is apparently healthy enough to play. I'm not aware of any chance of aggravating the injury with any long term consequences.
