You guys remember when Dax was all pissed off that Trump put a perpetual war monger like Mattis on his staff?
Did I have some big celebration about Mattis?
Politics is static and monolithic? Interesting, I'll take that under advisement.
Of course it’s not but literally the only thing different about Mattis between today and Monday is he called Trump a dip and quit. That’s what caused you to turn on his policies?
Don't recall saying a thing about Mattis' policies while SECDEF outside of the launching the overthrows of sovereign nations. Pro-Tip, the United States has not launched any new wars of aggression since Trump/Mattis has been in office.
LibBot Nation was all worried about Trump and NATO, Trump moves to solidify Turkey's place in NATO and in the Western Sphere of influence and now LibBot Nation is melting down about that.
I'd like to think that someone like Mattis would understand that the reason ISIS was what it was, was because the Syrian regime had been rendered ineffective in controlling their sovereign borders by a ridiculous war launched by U.S. proxies under the purview of Obama/Clinton/Leon Panetta and that removing the Assad regime would have only made things much, much worse, rather than better. I'd like to think that someone like Mattis would understand that putting the Russians in a position to have to extend themselves to prop up a puppet state, only bleeds them, and makes them expand resources away from their arms build up. But apparently, that's not the case.
Besides, never heard a peep out of you guys when your guy was allowing (and flat lying about) the expansion and proliferation of ISIS.
