What's the number of "homegrowns" he can fly out of the country at once before providing them due process is not feasible?

This guy below, narco terrorists, criminal cartels, sex traffickers - drug traffickers (working with Chinese money laundering entities and Chinese rogue pharma) have no greater friend - then the American political left

Now featuring millions in taxpayer dollars to represent and protect illegal alien narco terrorists . . . with a level of process, few if any American citizens could ever dream of getting should they be charged with a crime.

I don't understand your complaint. The discussion is about how these people are not being afforded any due process and are being held for an indeterminate amount of time in a foreign prison. What American citizens are getting less due process and dreaming of that level?

They're not being given due process because they were rightfully declared alien enemies and members of a terrorist organization(s).

In addition, the #blueanon narrative that the Venezuelan gangs are not under any guidance from the government of Venezuela is falling apart.  There's a growing list of evidence that suggests that Maduro has used them to assassinate political opposition such as dissident Ronald Ojeda who was kidnapped and murdered in Chili.

Everyone gets due process. Otherwise I could just claim you're an alien enemy and away you go to El Salvador. I still don't see how that answers your ridiculous claim that somehow these people are spoiled compared to American citizens.

Whatever you say on that second part.

There's American citizens who will - never ever have full power of the largest political party fighting on their behalf in the courts.

Your boy Barry unilaterally declared an American citizen no longer an American citizen and assassinated him.  Now your going to go to bat for a rightfully declared terrorist organization comprised of non citizens operating a criminal enterprise in the United States.  Sad, just sad.

You won't address the second part because you know it destroys the #blueanon narrative.

I have absolutely zero clue what you are talking about with regards to Venezuela.

You are moving the goal posts. I am advocating for everyone to have the right for due process and a trial. I am not advocating for everyone to have the "largest political party fighting on their behalf," nor do I even know what that means. I'm going to bat for everyone to receive the rights laid out in the constitution. If they are part of a terrorist organization operating a criminal enterprise that should be easy enough for the United States government to prove in court.

Who did we have assassinated? I must have missed that. Also.. if that happened, does that make this right?

This whole matter centers around Venezuela

I appreciate the fact that you are extended the full rights and privileges of American citizens to illegal alien criminal enterprises, potentially controlled by a foreign government.

It also hammers home the plan - to flood the US with illegal immigrants, knowing full well the courts could not handle it, and then hoping people with just throw up their arms and grant blanket amnesty.

All of that from the people who once pounded the lectern and screamed about how you couldn't just jump over a river, and that illegal immigration was an evil rich Republican plot.

The 14th Amendment applies to everyone, not just citizens. Again, absent that the government could decide tomorrow that you are controlled by a foreign government and send you away. I suspect you would cry foul if that happened.

Sorry that you're upset about your replacement theory nonsense. Perhaps they should hire more judges and pass meaningful immigration reform through Congress.

They couldn't even pretend to get enough judges in any reasonable time at this point.

Who said anything about "replacement theory", the charts speak for themselves, and the history of words prior to 2020 by your political leaders speak for themselves.

Friend, your political leadership has openly discussed all matter of unilateral declarations relative to actual US citizens, and I have discussed a number of those on this blog.  Your little narrative is not applicable to a foreign criminal enterprise run and controlled by non US citizens.  An enterprise likely controlled by an adversarial foreign government.

Calling Tren de Aragua alien enemies of the United States is the right thing to do . . . they are illegal aliens running a criminal enterprise in the United States and based on a growing body of evidence, they are at minimum partially controlled by elements of the Venezuelan government.

What sort of evidence do we need to determine that someone is a member of Tren de Aragua? Like anyone from Venezuela that has tattoos?
