The opposite way is doing things like slinking the Muslim Brotherhood in and out of the White House, conjuring up backdoor hyper regulation, and having little to nothing to do with Congress.

Thankfully we got rid of those hyper clean water regs!

Man surprising that MotherGovernment Libs think that every local situation is exactly the same and thus the exact same rules should apply to all.

There's a refreshment commercial where they give people "acceptable" levels of lead(I think but not 100%) in their water from different cities.  Every single person in the commercial was like wut?  I imagine Dax would take the highest contaminated water and be perfectly ok with it.

The clean water act rule was akin to the "no jerseys, plain white t-shirts or backwards hats" dress code.

It doesn't say "no blacks" or "no industrial development" but that's obviously what it means.

The sooner the epa is maimed as a tool and mouthpiece of far left whackadoo environmental groups, the better. I know libs love a police state, but normal people understand why it's a bad idea.

The clean water act rule had nothing to do with drinking water. It was a gross jurisdictional grab by the epa. Your local water district's ability to decide how much lead and rat feces is safe for you to consume was uninfringed by the epa's new water rule, you'll be happy to know.

The epa actually doesn't give a crap about drinking water, clean rivers, or nature in general, they only care about creating new legal causes of action to destroy the industries of the united states.

So industry should just be able to dump nuclear slug(example industry) into a river and do so without limits or consequences?  Just eff everybody else because investing 2% of that profit into a cleaner way to dispose of it is killing industry. Ok.

The epa will go back to using the old definition which doesn't allow it to exercise federal jurisdiction over a puddle in a ditch in Larned, KS.  Their ability to levy civil money penalties for spilling slug into a river are unchanged, and they are still without the super powers necessary to foresee and prevent overt acts of pollution.

I'm sorry most of you are very very stupid, I really am.

Aka my industry doesn't want the expense.  So much easier to dump wherever you want

Yeah, the EPA, just slather the laws all over like an MG 42 (swastika optional, but appropriate) and see what happens.
