Great, glad he and his boss came to his senses. I don't think this went the way the cheeto thought it would. The last thing he wanted was for this to be a topic of conversation going into the fall.

But, two of the items are the Post Office and the $3.5 billion for mail-in voting. Now, if we don't make a deal, that means they don't get the money...That means they can't have universal mail-in voting, they just can't have it. So, you know, sort of a crazy thing. Very interesting.

Treasury offered the USPS a $10 billion dollar loan at the end of July.

Meanwhile Reuters (I think it was Reuters) took pictures of the yard of a mailbox refurbishment company and extended the  :jeffy: :jeffy: :jeffy:

I think I probably said this in the Russia thread, but it's amazing how a guy like dax who loves the crap out of discussing batshit conspiracy theories has zero interest in discussing ACTUAL conspiracies. No interest at all! None!

It's fascinating.

9/11 is an inside job? Uh duh!

Trump tried to use a bunch of idiots and extortion to get Ukraine to do a sham investigation on a political rival? Well that just doesn't add up.

It's absolutely amazing to watch LibDerps, even when their guy literally gets up on stage and flat out admits that he shook down a foreign government, scramble around to justify those actions.   In that particular case even going the route of corruption after their hero administration literally supported one of the most corrupt factions on the planet in the Ukraine, including a Neo-Nazi militia responsible for political killings and intimidation.

I mean

I assumed you might be projecting another shitty thing Trump did given you posted this without any reason in the Trump Presidency thread.

Phil, your movement, which hyper analyzes everything this administration does (it's just a shame you didn't do that for the crap show previous administration) melts down about everything.

So much so, you are now the party of perpetual war (one example) and have aligned yourselves with the Dick Cheney Neo-Cons (another example).

The article is a real thing, and wow, very sad.

I'm just trying to imagine how anyone concludes that a nation with a military presence in nations counted in the hundreds.  That has as many as 13 carrier strike groups of which most if not all roam the seas of the world at any given time.   That has tens of thousands of troops, hundreds of tanks and planes deployed in Europe, SE Asia, the Middle East and points beyond.  That constantly has surveillance and/or strategic bombers off the coast of one nation or another and that has an ever-present multi-trillion dollar network of spy and military communications satellites spanning the earth . . . can be called a nation seeking isolation.

But this what a pre-dominance of LibBots (and Neo-Cons) espouse constantly.

Not wanting to be engaged in a constant series of wars across the globe is now . . . isolationism.

Amazing

Such a stupid talking point (protest in person).  People want to vote by mail so they don't have to spend hours in line waiting to vote.

States without no-excuse early voting:

Alabama
Connecticut
Kentucky
Mississippi (allowed with excuse like disability or age barrier)
Missouri (approved excuse just like Mississippi)
New Hampshire
Pennsylvania
South Carolina

I suspect that Trump is actually happy this is "leaked".  I can't imagine any Republican disagreeing with Trump in this.

Weirdly from my experience, I know a lot of MAGA people who gravitate towards Puerto Rico, and at least in my experience PR is pretty conservative (both of people I know who went to retire then and people who are from there). More than what you expect it would be. Though totally agree that a trade between an island that is basically white and barren vs a tropic island filled with mostly spanish speaking brown people is very on MAGA brand.

Phil, it's sad that you want to see the U.S. in the regime change business so badly.

In other news, U.S. forces in Syria engaged Syrian coalition fighters at a check point.    The U.S. forces are securing the Syrian oil (Syria:  A Russian ally) and supporting the KDF (that's the Kurdish Defense Force).   BTW, we're giving the oil to the . . . Kurds.

Phil, remember when you and people like Slow Dug lost your minds about the Kurds?  (on top of constantly saying Trump is a Russian puppet?)

Kind of like how we were supposed to have WWIII when the U.S. killed an Iranian terrorist in Iraq.

Do you consider your obesity as an excuse for your cognitive decline?  Or your age?
