Man, birria tacos are lots of work but even more payoff. I used tablitas and chuck roast so as to get plenty of rich bone broth in the mix and boy did it pay off. I have 3 quarts of birria going in the freezer to pull out for quick taco meals later. Damn solid day.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hypothetical situation. I want to make mom's tacos. Obviously, I need cheese. What kind do I use? Do I use prepackaged shredded? Or do I grate it myself? Either? Both? Neither? ???

Guys remember when we were jazzed about La Hacienda (RIP)? Manhattan has like six killer authentic taco joints now. We are truly blessed.
