What is a good place to take the fam to get delicious tacos, but is also not a place that looks like its about to fall down or that serves food out of moving vehicles? Is there a place that is like Mission Taco, but serves better food than Mission Taco?

I'm kind of a taco n00b and don't PI me for saying this, but on a personal level I enjoyed the "street tacos" at La Fiesta in Manhattan as much as I've enjoyed most taco truck tacos.

well, i’m here to formally apologize for trashing lil sd’s obviously incredible palate.  i got these confused with another costco offering and I hope that he can forgive me for my disparaging remarks.

count yourself lucky because lil sd eats two of these each day for breakfast before school now and they are his BITB at home thing.

we've found that air fry at 375 for 6 minutes then flip and do another 3 minutes other side is BITB cooking

Authentic mexican tacos are cool and all but does anything hit as hard as regular old homemade white people tacos?

Here is my go to recipe
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1-2 japs diced

Saute over medium heat for like 5 minutes then add 1 clove of minced garlic and cook another minute.

Add 1lb of ground beef and brown.

Drain grease (or not) then add one of those "taco seasoning" packets along with some water and SIMMER for like 10 minutes. (Also if you want to get crazy and add some smokey heat throw in a chipolte salsa can with the water)



Serve with chopped lettuce/cheese/sour cream/japs etc but the key is SPANISH GARDENS HOT TACO SAUCE
