Coming into the year 8th is about where we deserved to be. The Big XII was incredibly bad this year and we were able to prove we weren't bad and held on vs all the bad teams. We will be picked in the top 4 next year so I hope we exceed the preseason polls again next year.
Had a bunch of teams quit in the season's 2nd half, Texas, Baylor, TTech and -- so it appeared today -- TCU. Typical of a HCBS team, the Cats didn't, although they didn't make the kind of improvement some of his past teams did. Today was as close to a complete game they had all year. KU was another team the didn't quit.
With all we have back, conference championship should be the goal next year.
