Espresso Parmesan Martini
Pinch of salt
1.5oz espresso
1.5oz vodka
.5oz coffee liqueur
.5oz simple syrup (I subbed a dry sherry on an IG real recommendation)
Garnish with freshly fine grated parmesan
This actually works really well. Next one I make I am going to add a bit of sweetness to it. Maybe not simple syrup but stirring in a drizzle of honey into hot espresso before adding to shaker.
