The Daily Mailer (Drudge site) is reporting that 9 million dollars of grant were funneled by the State Department through the Peace Corps to a nonprofit that is run by Kerry's daughter who is paid $140'000 per year for a 30 hour work week. All of the competition requirements were waived so the Seed organization could get the loot. Probably a good group, but how it is funded seems shady to me. Might explain why the agency has been so nice to Hillary.
