Upper Deck, 6 rows back, half-line. Should have a great view.

Too bad my lady doesn't get done with her training until 5. so i'll be late. F$*(#$%)@*#(R%#@

she can't drive?  is she blind or quadraplegic?

Parking is like 25 bucks. I bought a pass when I bought the tickets, so I figure we'll save dough just carpooling.

I was down on that end too, we definitely got lucky with the 2 KC goals coming there and then all of the Man U attacks coming late in the second half.

I had a great time and it got me even more excited about the stadium opening next year.  I have to admit I almost felt bad for the MU fans.  I was on their forum before the match reading about the people flying in from all over the country.  Must have been disappointing to only see a penalty kick hit the back of the net for them.

Here's highlights:

There was an amazing USA chant right before the game was over.  Felt pretty good.

Just put down two deposits for me and the lady for Wiz tix next year. I'm sure it'll bankrupt me.

I got close.  I called the ticket office but there were still too many unknowns for me to do the deposit.  First of all they couldn't tell me the prices yet, and secondly they don't know if they will be able to set up the schedule so all the games at the start of the year will be away so most of the home games will be at the new stadium.

I will undoubtedly be very jealous of your seats though and once they answer those questions, I may put down a couple deposits myself.

Maybe we could get a Katpak carpool up to some games next year?

I'm waiting a little longer to see how this Omar Bravo saga turns out.  If he signs longer than 1 season, I'm cool. Their schedule for next season won't be out for months, and I can't really wait THAT long.  Plus, I'm getting phone calls from the Wizards every other day, plus an email every week from their season-ticketholder consultant.  They won't leave me alone anymore. I'm just going to have to give in to their demands and pay my 100 bucks.    My demands?  Finish the fracking stadium BEFORE next season!!  I don't really want to have to drive past the new stadium, looking all new and beautiful, just to watch the Wizards play on a baseball field for a few more games next season.  Get that done for me Rob, and we will have no problems...

The hundred was just a deposit, the actual tickets will probably be over 300 something per ticket for any quality lower level seats.

I'm with you guys on the pricing and schedule mysteries. I'm sure they won't go up too much from this year just because I think that they want to attract as many of the new soccer fans as possible in order to hook them in for future years once the stadium is done.

That said, I'm probably wrong.

Also, it WILL totally suck to have to go to some games at community america before it opens next year. I wonder though if after you pick your seat at the new stadium if you get assigned seats or if you can pick ones for the community america games??
