I was at work until 1am on thurs and it has plauged me all week. Pretty stupid.

Like what happens when you sleep? I know REM and all that, but what does it actually do? Is there a chemical build up of some sort from thinking and stuff and then sleeping somehow dilutes the build up? Cuz you kinda lose your crap if you don't sleep enough and simply resting your mind/body isn't enough. It's weird.

I like naps, but limit them to weekends. I think it would be kind of embarrassing to have one of my employees catch me napping during work hours.
