It was, and it happened a whole lot, I was definitely thinking what the hell is wrong with her throat. Good ass speech though.

he wasn't describing identity politics, he was complaining about it. without knowing exactly who he was complaining about, it's a bit fuzzy, but to me his complaint sounds like very nearly the same thing - the emphasis of membership in a group identity over ideas.

Well I'm not sure he knows what identify politics is. Vote for me because I'm a woman is something that resonates because slightly over half of the populace are women. Vote for me because I'm black, hispanic, gay, generally won't work out so well and I've never seen that in a national campaign. If he meant that Hillary should sell something other than her dominant chromosome, then he should heed your advice and be better with words.
