When I lived in KC I played on a kickball team that Wacky eventually refed for, but before his new$money joined it. I played with friends to begin with, but I def made new ones from that. So 8MP is on point.

There is a pretty active KC young professionals group in KC that is good. I know the person who started it, I can give you her info if you want.

We are buds lib, no matter what interactions good/bad we have on this blog.

1. accept that the friends you make post-college will be compartmentalized
2. identify people with traits you admire
3. be really forward about wanting to do the thing that you see yourself doing with the new friend
