OK, did all the Russians get banned or what? Gooch told me that he read that all Russians are now banned - even para-Olympians. I never saw the story though.
From my understanding, para-O's comittee put full ban in place. Olympic committee was banning certain people only but readmitted a few that tested positive previously but "served" some kind of punishment.

Yuli swam last night and was boo'ed coming out by the entire center and ended up getting 1st in her semi, which she started wagging her finger at everyone. Then it zoomed in on US Lilly and she was wagging her finger back and then came out and beat her time by like a millisecond. So they will be heads up tonight pretty much.
