Because if they was true, they would also be reported on by local media and police, which to my knowledge has not happened in any way, shape or form.

historically speaking, that aggieville space has often been an ice cream and/or yogurt place. let me be specific when i say that i do not want either of those back again. i want a place that serves food. like lunch and dinner. also a nice variety of beers on tap.
