I don't remember at all
Mueller, 6 feet 2 and 245 pounds, came to K-State as a walk-on that paid for his tuition by doing landscape work. Now he is a scholarship player with a shot at the NFL. And who can forget the way Mueller made three sacks and forced a fumble against Texas Tech and then dedicated his big day to a Texas Tech student who had crossed him?
I’d forgotten what Batt BcKee did or was to inspire being part of usernames and threads here. Had to go pull our file to remember all of that and his lol letter.
In what may go down as one of the most bizarre player press conferences ever given in the Big 12, Wildcat linebacker Ryan Mueller took to the podium post game to share his feelings about Texas Tech in general, and more importantly, one current/not-current law student. (Note: I took the kids name out because as far as I could find he’s not listed as a student at Texas Tech anymore)“Personally, I’m not a big fan of Texas Tech,” Mueller said. “My whole family isn’t a fan of Texas Tech. There’s a student here at Texas Tech that I strongly dislike — his name is (blank). He knows exactly who I am and exactly who my family is, and this victory is for him.”(Blank) is a law student at Texas Tech and the grandson of the school’s former athletic director Gerald Myers. It’s not clear what the connection is between (blank) and Mueller. The Leawood junior did, however, Tweet this following the game, “No worries Caroline Mueller your baby bro has your back FOREVER! I love you I played for you!”Caroline was a track and field athlete at Texas Tech, but is no longer listed on the roster. – See more at: http://themercury.com/articles/behind-hubert-cats-run-past-texas-tech#sthash.ZfFNR3jk.dpufWhen asked later about what his linebacker might have been talking about, Coach LHC Bill Snyder said he had no clue but would be sure to ask Mueller about it.
