I can't quite figure out the mechanics of the joke but something about the 2 of them reaching the conclusion just now in 2016 that currie/oscar aren't good and that the interview must've been conducted in a hot tub time machine.

KK said he thinks curries treatment of students and fans at games in regards to being more sportsman like has "created a division" that he doesn't think Currie can recover from.

KK said you have to have moral flexibility to compete at the highest level of sports and thinks Currie is unwilling to operate that way. Also said he thinks Currie is doing exactly what Kirk wants him to be doing.
