Stressed. We've made some movements recently in my regions and my COO and CEO are covering the territory until we make some replacements. This also means I have to report to them every day and I've already had two meetings with them this morning.

I think they want someone there for the Regional Director position to handle everyday concerns on the ground. That would involve either moving to Indiana or Kentucky.

Yeah, I agree. I could really pick anywhere, but my best options would either be Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington, or Cincinnati.
