Jason James Lembright, 600 S 4th St., was arrested at 3:24 a.m. for driving under the influence. Bond was set at $2,000.
Don't Give Up, Never Give Up
Commissioner Morris-Hardeman did ask why he had an ignition interlock system on his vehicle, and he told her that was because he had another DUI arrest in the last 12 months where he was not convicted in criminal court, but he did fail the administrative license hearing. I'll leave it to those more knowledgeable on the law to determine what that means.Mr. Lembright also told commissioners that he did have other DUI convictions in the past (but not in the past two years, or he could not have applied for a CMB license), which explains why he was given an ignition interlock device on his vehicle.

LifeofFitz There are only two types of employees: Those who make the boss's life easier and those who make the boss's life harder.
LifeofFitz I am thankful for my employees, who are self-directed and take care of business. And we do it while having a lot of fun. Cheers to them.
