Favorite cheat foods?
« on: February 15, 2016, 10:59:52 AM »
I eat pretty healthy during the week and then eat whatever I want on Sunday. Yesterday for dinner, I went to price chopper up north and fit in all the Chinese crap I could into one container for $7.25. I've lost 10 LBS in the last month and half, so Sundays are the crap. I had orange chicken, brown rice, sweet and sour with 4 crag rangoons and an egg roll (1 crab and the egg roll was for Ms. wacky). For those fit cats out there, what's your cheat day, and what do you cheat with? :lick:

DQ Blizzard and some french fries.

I'll take a Baskin Robbins "31 below", too.  I like it more than a blizzard, but not all of them have them, so you know.

I don't really have a cheat day, but when I eat something that has too many calories, I just make my next exercise a little longer.  I've also lost 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks.
