Filling up for death storm 25.  Steel cut oats with brown sugar.  Scramble with eggs, potato, ham.

Did breakfast for dinner tonight. No pics - you know what bacon, eggs and toast look like. Game changer was the leftover potatoes from last night's pot roast. Fried those bad boys up in some bacon grease. :drool: Will do again.

I saw this and granted my phone brightness was very low, but I thought those were plantains.
