I've been getting those smoothie fruit bags from costco recently. Decently filling, but freaks out the baby when i use the blender.

been crushing overnight oats recently. throw it in the fridge night before and you're good to go..5 cup oats.5 cup greek yogurt.5 cup milk2 tbsp chia seeds1 scoop vanilla proteinhandful frozen fruit
You should consider the chia seeds. Excellent source of Omega-3 and fiber.

Good addition to smoothies as well, if you're trying to be healthy.
