I'm stunned we couldn't overcome a 24-3 run shooting that poorly. I was actually surprised we fought back to within 5.

It was basically a win, given the circumstances

Everyone who doesn't crap their pants after a loss isn't an apologist, good grief.

Right, you're just a realist who knows that oscar had a really hard job this year and the team is trying really hard and showing lots of heart. Not one of those crazy apologists!

Anyone wiggling out after losing to a very good isu team with their backs against the well probably isn't grounded in reality, no.

Agreed, oscar did about as well as could be expected.

We played bad, we lost, nobody wins all their games. Get a grip.

1-4 to start with 2 home losses to teams not named KU or Oklahoma is really disappointing.

Concur. The inconsistency is very frustrating

I don't care what anyone says. This team showed a lot of spunk today! ISU is a solid club with probably 4 future nba guys. We aren't at their level yet, but we will get there. oscar is showing me he is able to recruit and develop talent. I'm looking for a sweet tourney berth next year. This team is young. What's the best thing about freshman? They become sophomores! Have heart gentleman, we see the corner and our blinker is on.

There isn't a single NBA prospect on that roster, not one. They are coming off of back to back losses to Baylor and Texas, that debacle can't be spun.

Yeah, the only inconsistency this season has been beating Tech.

Is this a reference to the team that's favored to win against the #1 team in the country tonight?

That is some serious spin, if so.

What does tonight's one point spread have to do with how many future NBA players ISU has on their roster, weirdo?

Most lopsided home loss since 2009.

No way

Home losses.

Season/opponent/margin

15-16 ISU 13
15-16 WVU 4
14-15 UT 4
14-15 WVU 6
14-15 UGA 4
14-15 TxSo 2
13-14 BU 2
13-14 NoCol 2
12-13 KU 4
11-12 ISU 4
11-12 KU 6
11-12 OU 3
11-12 BU 2
10-11 CU 8
09-10 ISU 3
09-10 KU 2
09-10 OSU 4
08-09 KU 11
08-09 BU 18
08-09 OU 8

Ugh. Lace Dunned. A blowout loss at Neb followed or preceded. I was one hollering for Frank's firing;  I was way off.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I didn't even think that was the dumbest thing you cobbled together in that post.

Based on your posts today, I'd say you are without equivocation a huge liar.
