Ah yes, remember that case well. One of my finer performances if I might say so myself. His Honor was all set to give you probation and court costs 'til my office called and told me your retainer check bounced.....again.
I'd probably have refused to handle your parole, but ol' Pondwater Jack stepped up to the plate and gave me some collateral on your behalf. So you can thank him that you're even out now. Oh, and if you happen to see him, tell him those gals from the Kansas State band sure do enjoy blowing on things.
