Our returning QB's consist of:1- a guy who is coming off major knee surgery and played 2 snaps, was a 2* out of HS2-a qb who has proven he is absolutely nothing special and below average at best and was in some games replaced by a WR3-see #1 but with a few more snaps and not as bad of an injury and was a 3* 4-a juco kid who couldn't beat out a WR to play QB5-some HS recruitand you guys are arguing over whether Trevor is good enough for us?

Also calling Skyler Thompson "some HS recruit" is unnecessarily disingenuous.
This is all moot, of course, because Trevor is absolutely not coming here.
Why wouldn't we take him? If Delton or Ertz are better then fantastic, we have a great back up option when Ertz and Delton get hurt. This is all moot, of course, because Trevor is absolutely not coming here.

It's been reported that he and the coaches have had contact.
Concussions and shoulder surgeries

Do we not have that rule any longer where you lose a year of eligibility if you transfer in conference?
Didn't OU's current starter transfer from Tech? Did he lose a year?
