the new pxiiad: let's get our spuds in a row
« on: August 21, 2024, 08:31:36 AM »
the mods locked down the other thread, so with the season 10 days away we need to decide what we're gonna do with this thing

submitted for the approval of the midnight society:
do we still call it pac 12 after dark when, say, UCLA plays Oregon in a night game?
do we come up with another funny name for when teams that should never be playing each other in a million years including bowl games (like, say, Washington plays Indiana?)
do we focus more on the pxii schools that went to the big 10 or the XII or both?
are they still hot potatoes or do we come up with some other food-related analogy?

It is all still Pac XII football. I refuse to acknowledge their silly new conference alignments.
