I've got a maple that's pushing like 15' probably. I really have no idea but it's higher than a basketball goal I think.

I have a Norway Spruce that I feel like had to have surpassed the current state champion (72') prior to a lightning strike this spring that took the crown:bawl:

Tallest champion tree in Kansas is 118' pecan.

I have a couple of old ass maple trees and a cottonwood tree, they are practically scraping the belly of a passing jumbo jet if the jet was flying maybe 60 feet off the ground.

When I was a little boy I "adopted" a redwood tree in California, so I bet mine is taller.

The tree with the biggest circumference in Manhattan was in the back yard of the house I lived in while in school.
