It was fun to watch the Cats play a pretty good team and take them down to the last few minutes. This is a better team than last year. I'm encouraged and looking forward to what may be an interesting season...at least more interesting than last year.

But I still don't want oscar.

I like the guys that oscar and staff have brought in to replace what we lost. So it looks like he did a good job there.

But oscar gonna oscar and not use timeouts correctly. How do you go from up 8 to down 5 and not try and stop their run at some point in between w/ a timeout and regroup?

Basically this changes nothing. He can get decent talent but then coaches them down.

I think oscar tried to call a couple timeouts but they turned it over before they got the chance. Meh. It was over once unc started trying. They looked completely unmotivated for most of the game. Still fun to watch the KSU cats though

That was a really fun game. It really sucked to lose. I had a little UNC tike flip me off when we started going on a roll and I loved it. Ms. wacky was like: "That little girl just flipped you off! eff North Carolina fans!"

That was the thing that stuck out to me. Just playing hard can take you a long way and it appears we have solid talent. Oboarding and getting to the FT line with good defense will have to carry this team because we aren't stacked with shooters.

Stokes was on fire. It just sucks cause I feel that we outplayed NC for a good chunk of the game it gave it away. But I did like the effort. Lots of steals and general frustration of NC players. But we're going to have to learn to be in a little more control and make better decisions, especially when NC turned up the heat later in the game. Effort alone is going to make this team at least entertaining to watch.

Did you guys read the part where I PI'd North Carolina fans to the point of a little girl flipping me off and her mom high fiving her? I was so rough ridin' annoying, they left their spot when they thought the game was over and stood up top.

Then I had to walk by them when we started melting down.

there was a UNC fan in the court side seats that i watched from afar as they took their lead in the last two minutes. jeans, jersey, backwards hat. i would have IRL fought him last night.
