yes, the ncaa is still investigating. yesterday's report came from mu, not the ncaa.
the difference b/w the two situations is that tyndall was found guilty by the ncaa for being directly involved by the ncaa in the major infractions that occurred at usm. it wasn't until then that ut fired him.
if and when the ncaa names haith, then tulsa would be forced to make a move but i don't see why they would before then. as it currently stands, tulsa's ad is still behind haith so i don't anticipate them doing anything at this point. (and they don't need to "protect" themselves from anything).
