not sure which thread I put that in. In addition they have declared a state of emergency, the first since 1945, and that results in different (more) powers of arrest/detention and the ability to close places. Also more police searches.

You know what's crazy? the 2005 KSU @ OU football game. I was there, we heard a loud KABOOOOM and then they announced that buses would only leave from one side of the stade. But it was like not even a news story. A dude had a giant bomb and tried to get in that game and blow up a bunch of people. Could've been just unbelievably grusome and horrific.
