He "caught" a dean of students or whatever consoling a supposedly upset student. The admin didn't take drastic measures or change University policy, she went along with a harmless request to make a student feel better. You thinking this speaks to a larger issue (which is a legitimate discussion as mc said) is just laughable. I can't believe you're this stupid, I really can't

You are missing the point. If a student is so intellectually or emotionally fragile - really infantile - that they need an administrator to shred a pocket constitution to make them feel better, that poor fool shouldn't be in "an institution of higher learning."

This admin symbolically burned a book because it was "offensive" to a student.
