Boring person A: We'll need to raise local property taxes blah blah mills to support this, this will do X!
Boring person B: But this will be offset by increases in revenue from Y.
Boring person C: Taxation is theft, I'll hear nothing of this.
Dax: I've never heard of money! (Drops mike and struts back to his chair with a smug grin on his face).
