Congress did not approve the funding of the Obama cattle healthcare exchanges, so he just moved money from other programs on his own accord to pay for the exchanges. So much for Congress' power of the purse string. A court ruled today that this doasIwant horsecrap is unlawful. But, Obama is liberal, suave, intelligent, and married to fatty hater so laws and budgets can be ignored.
